Michelle Welch is a certified veterinary technician and a certified pet dog trainer. She has worked as a professional animal trainer in the New England area for close to 20 years. As the owner of Turn Around Training in Norwood, MA, she provides classes and seminars to pet owners and professional organizations alike.


Michelle started her career at the Norwood Animal Hospital while studying Canine Science at Mount Ida College. She then spent 10 years with the Animal Rescue League of Boston as a shelter agent, veterinary technician, and dog trainer. Michelle left The Animal Rescue League to work as a field representative for Paws With a Cause, working with service dogs and their people.


Michelle got Bam in 2010. Bam didn’t make the cut as a service dog but has proven himself to be a real star on set.


Along with Bam, Michelle shares her home with her parrots, reptiles, two other forever dogs, a steady stream of foster dogs, two beautiful daughters, and one very understanding husband.
